Foundation Balances – Student Comments
May 14-18, 2013
No more demands nor expectations.
Living my own life; doing my own life activities; be my own self.
Treasuring my self, no matter I am satisfied with and agreeable to it or not.
Be grounded on Mother Earth and connected with All There Are.
Susan Su (Fuzhou, Fujian)
The greatest feeling I got from the Balancing Retreat this time was: Happiness!
Joy! Feeling touched! The greatest discovery was that the body was reacting much faster than the brain. All the resources that I would need to grow were already in the body. I am grateful that I met Conrad.
Dong Hong (Zhengzhou, Henan)
(The whole group helped in balancing one person)
My greatest harvest in this Balancing Retreat was to see myself as my greatest resource and treasure. When I connect with my heart in peace, I will receive the insight to free myself from stuckness. Only when I really calm myself down to connect with my heart, I can really reveal my potential.
I had started to communicate with my body. I had contacts with her several times during the workshop; talked and listened to her. They were nourishing to my whole body/mind system.
My experiences in the workshop was so rich and rewarding that I had to settle down to regurgitate when I was back in my daily life. I had discovered some of my old patterns, my areas of growth. And I had learnt to see everything as resources, instead of interpreting some parts of myself as enemies.
Yang Ling (Jinan, Shandong)
(Training up the hip joints, one of the foundation blocks of human bipedalism)
I was amazed by the beauty of a growing life; and I was searching for the source of my fears.
Han Xiao (Haikou, Hainan)
Through receiving a balance from Conrad, my body could relax more. I could face and accept more the whole of me as is.
Liu Xu (Beijing, China)
I was healed as my classmates received their respective healings. I felt the same heartfelt wishes that my classmates had. I was grateful to have all the experiences that I had along my lifepath. They had sculpted my present existence.
Wang Zhao Mei (Beijing, China)
See problems as resources; bless every life; respect oneself in the moment.
Wang Fengli (Beijing, China)
