Private Balancing Sessions with Amy Choi Wai Ming

Amy Choi Wai Ming is a kinesiologist with over 28 years of experience in teaching, publishing, and private sessions. As a co-founder and director of Brain Body Centre Ltd. (Hong Kong), she has dedicated her life’s work to this field. Her passion for Touch for Health® and Brain Gym® led her to become a faculty member of both the International Kinesiology College (IKC) and Breakthroughs International (BTi). She also developed her own approach—Ming’s Mirror Method, a highly intuitive way of reflecting the client in balancing—along with Choi Wai Ming Kinesiology®. As a pioneer in integrating qigong with kinesiology, she brings ancient techniques into modern practice to enhance the physiological and psychological well-being of the human mind-body system. Known for her intuitive, flexible, and agile balancing style, as well as her engaging and accessible teaching, she has taught extensively across China, Japan, Europe, other parts of Asia, and the United States. She has organized six regional kinesiology conferences in China and hosted the country’s first online international kinesiology conference in 2023.
