When Northern and Southern Waters Meet – Amy Choi
China’s fifth and northeast China’s first Authentic Woman Casework Training was completed with success in the Old Iron Mine Hotspring in Dalian. With the sponsorship of Ms. Tang Lan of Dalian Dearfox Spiritual Intelligence Development Institute, 14 women and I came together for this training. Compared to the women in southern China, women in the northeast grew up in a harsher and tougher environment. Even in March, their weather was cold. The grass was yellow and dry; the hills full of thorny bushes. Compared to women in the south, many women grown up in this area were tough and harsh to their bones. After five days and five nights of exchanges, the participants and I became softer, more relaxed and complete. This was my experience:

‧When northern water is channelled to the south, there is happiness, harmony and softness.
‧When southern water is channelled to the north, there are some effects.
‧When both waters are channelled to their appropriate uses, things become vibrant.

Be a Complete and Harmonious Woman
‧To be a woman is my own choice. I totally accept it!
After the Authentic Woman class, I discovered the inner completion and satisfaction of being a woman. Not just in words, but in this body-mind connection.
I was touched and moved.
Thanks to all. Southern water is being used in the north. Women in northeast China can also be gentle and lovely, complete and harmonious!

The Art of Authentic Woman

Like being inspired by god, she acted naturally.
From the balanced mix and match of various methodologies came miracles.
Her spirit in her purity has left no traces of her doings, but her heart in its physical form was easily seen.
Her movements were poetic and like dances, the beauty of which were abundantly available.
Her passion was bubbling, her positive energy was flowing.
Sufferings and happiness were drawn out, because of grace and mercy.
Her authenticity was solid; her womanhood, harmonious.
Her person and love in connection; brilliant prospects will light up her way.
I felt grateful to be in her class. May blessings be always with her.

Magical!

‧Feelings
Five days of Authentic Woman course made me feel extraordinary. I have never calmed my heart to experience the emotions of joy, anger, grief and happiness. The other women’s cases touched my heart. In some ways from within the heart, a bond was built with them. When other’s problems were solved, I could not help but fell into the situation. I felt the heart deeply, and the emotions that had been suppressed for a long time. They were expressed by body language to the most extreme. Magical, magical, magical ! ! !
I enjoy the emotions of joy, anger, grief and happiness of a woman. They are the most special gift to us. I have received them and will cherish them!

The Spaces for Thinking

‧Thoughts are like something being grabbed by the hands. They can be grabbed tightly, which is tiring. They can also be let go, then we loose them. They can be grabbed in moderation, which is free and comfortable. How to grasp this moderation, so that the mind and body are one and congruent, freely and comfortably enjoy being a woman …

Everything Returns to Authenticity

‧I experienced the profound connection of body and soul, brought about by the inherent deep pain and desire perceived by the body.
By the balance of the body, came the adjustment of the heart and soul.
Through the physical and mental interaction of the teacher and the students, we found the exits that breakthrough our troubles. The learnings of our lives present themselves.
Everything returned to authenticity!
