Wonderful Effect of Touch for Health: the change in “me” and “my family”

Stop and think, find the inner stress
It was amazing chance for me to come across Touch for Health (TFH). After having attended the first Greater China Kinesiology Conference and received balancing from Dr. Matthew (Matthew Thie), I experienced dramatic changes inside my body. I slept for four hours straight afterward. I found that I had been turning a blind eye to my stress over the years. I could feel the terrific power of TFH after the balance. When I went home, my daughter asked me about the course that I attended. She likes the way I am now because I am able to stop and think before responding, and not as impulsive as before.

Continuous self adjustment relieves discomfort
Noting the changes in me, my daughter was eager to learn TFH. Due to a neck injury years ago, there was a dull pain in my neck all the time. Donna Kam used the 42 Muscle Balancing to balance my posture during the demonstration session in class. After that, I felt my whole body became relaxed with the inner tightness slowly disappearing. Feeling relaxed and a bit tired, all I wanted to do was to go to sleep. My posture became more upright, giving me the impression that I was a towering building. The adjustment in me seemed to be continuing in these past two days.

The wonderful power of TFH, from self transformation to family balancing
I use TFH at home to balance the learning stress of my children, especially that of my daughter. At a young age, she believes completely in the skills that I have learnt. She sets a goal to fall asleep easily and she is asleep within five minutes after meridian tracing every night. With a refreshing sleep, my daughter becomes more patient and is full of creative ideas all the time. On the other hand, I feel happier and more relaxed than before, and have become more stable emotionally. I feel fortunate to come across TFH. Furthermore, I am grateful to Amy Choi, Conrad Ho and Donna Kam for promoting TFH. I feel so blissful to have met them. I would like to thank them all!
