Dear Amy,

Hi! How are you? I am doing very well, thank you. My body feels terrific, and I think it may be from all the balances we did together over the past weekend. I feel so excited and inspired by all I learned from you, and Brain Gym® thank you. I really had no idea it would impact my personal life so deeply.

I have been doing P.A.C.E. every morning, and other quick movements from the learning menu as I feel I need them through out the day. Yesterday my son fell down, and became very agitated at school. I held him in my arms and comforted him for a while, and then before sending him back to his classroom, I did P.A.C.E and lazy 8s with him. He thought it was really fun, and I could see him body and mind relax. Although, I was surprised to discover, cross crawls were tricky for him. Also, when I first showed him the brain buttons, he thought I was trying to tickle him. I really LOVE that these moves are so easy and effortless for everyone, yet the results so powerful. Truly, the ease of the program is a real mind switch for me. I am used to putting in hard work and discipline to get the effect. Doing it with my son, without him giving any thought or analysis as to “why” or “how” was also inspiring and a good reminder to me.

I am starting a homework club at school and we will definitely use P.A.C.E. and other moves from the learning menu before each session. I’ll let you know what the students here think of it.

I have also discovered I could use an Action Balance for truly any situation in my life to create new brain/ body associations. This learning is the most exciting thing I have done in years. Thank you again!!

I thought the course, and the way you listened and conducted it was terrific. Good luck with your business. I hope you will be able to come to Shanghai sometime.

Most Sincerely,

Tress
