Corporates Want To Play More!

In early July, about 40 staff of the biggest mobile phone company in China, China Mobile, joined a stress-management training in Shenzhen facilitated by myself. Besides offer some simple tools and techniques, I also introduced play and relaxed learning as the training process. The participants seemed to respond well to the techniques and the process, which was reflected in their feedback forms (4.77 points out of 5). This also told me strongly about the need and desire of the people in Chinese corporation for a more relaxed and playful learning style.
How can the human brain and body be optimized to cope with fast economic changes in China? How can individuals welcome and create changes in the most balanced way? How can corporation improve the sychological assets?of their staff? There are many tools available ?Brain Gym, Touch for Health etc., being some of them. Playful process and attitude also helps relax the brain, leading to integration and optimal brain performance.
