The founder of Touch for Health (“TFH? Kinesiology, Dr. John Thie, advised us to ?lt;/FONT>form the habit of balancing oneself at least once everyday? This would help you eliminate easily the feelings of being bothered while you were going through the daily chores, and boost your energy. It would enhance your awareness of what were happening in your life, making it more effective for you to live your life purpose (not only career achievements, but also harmonious family and personal spiritual purposes). But how do the masters manage to do it? One of the secrets is the TFH Metaphor balances.

Ten of the registered TFH Instructors had joined this first TFH Metaphor class in Mainland China. Their concensus was that it felt like a layer of fog cleared before their eyes. TFH enriched by TFH Metaphors was like a pretty woman becoming even more buxom and attractive; or an elegant lady in the spring breeze finally lifting her veil. It was pure joy in double doze!

Instructor Mr. Lu Wen Sheng from Beijing said, “TFH feels complete to me after learning TFH Metaphors. I experienced deeper its wonders and subtlety, yet at the same time, its approachability and simplicity. I noticed that my life wisdom had grown.?lt;/STRONG>

Instructor Ms. Zheng Hua also from Beijing said, “I have learnt the tips of living TFH in my daily life.?lt;/STRONG>

The fresh-from-the-oven instructor Ms. Yuan Jun from Shenzhen said that after learning TFH Metaphors, she “had got a handle on teaching her first TFH Synthesis in April 2009.?lt;BR>
Instructor Ms. Zheng Hui from Dalian said, “through metaphors, TFH was married to conversations perfectly. It feels so natural and spontaneous. It is a very good workshop that should be offered again and again.?lt;BR>
Instructor Mr. Danny Shi from Shanghai said that he eventually experienced “how TFH works in subtle ways and quietly nourishes.” He feels that “TFH encourages personal growth in countless and unconscious ways.?lt;BR>
Instructor Ms. Wang Lu from Nanjing said, “TFH Metaphors are real life. Balance exists in every context. We just follow the Flow. A balance can be done anytime, by anyone.?lt;/STRONG>

Even those students freshly graduated from TFH Synthesis gained deep apperceptions from the experience. Mr. Feng Tian Peng from Beijing said, “I came with many questions. Now, the doubts are all resolved. I have found myself. I feel I’m awake and can easily dissipate my worries.?In my joy, Mr. Feng called me the next day after going back and reported that he “was more at ease at work. The channel of communications with my boss was much clearer.?lt;/STRONG> He added with traces of embarassment that he “could feel how difficult his boss had to have felt when communicating with him.?lt;/STRONG> Mr. Feng had cultivated an understanding and acceptance toward his boss.

Mr. Luo Ning also from Beijing said that he experienced “the secrets and subtleties of Mother Nature? The TFH Metaphors workshop was “fantastic?

TFH Metaphors make TFH more complete and harmonious. According to Dr. John Thie himself, TFH and TFH Metaphors together is ?.. my complete protocol and instructions for relating these traditional metaphors to our life experience and our imbalances …?lt;/STRONG> (see the Foreword in his TFH Pocketbook with Chinese 5 Element Metaphors).
