If you wish to receive the materials before the first class date, participants in the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan are advised to register 10 days in advance. Replay Periods
- BG104 & BG470 or BG181 Live Interactive Online Programme – 7 days of unlimited viewing for each session.
- BG104 & BG470 Post-class Online Learning Programme (for those who register before the first session on October 22) – 7 days of unlimited viewing for each session.
- BG104 & BG470 Post-Class Online Learning Programme (for registrants after the first class on October 22) – The replay period for sessions held before registration equals to the number of classes held before the registration date multiplied by 7 days, but not exceeding 52 days. The replay period for classes held after registration is 7 days after each session. e.g. A student registers for all BG104 and BG470 Post-class Online Learning Programmes on March 1, 2026. Since 10 classes had already been held at the time of registration, the total replay period for these 10 classes will be 10 x 7 days, but not exceeding 52 days, i.e., a total of 52 days. For classes held after March 1, 2026, the participant has 7 days of unlimited viewing for each session.
- BG181 – 7 days of unlimited viewing for each session.

Attendance
- Participants can opt for 100% live online class attendance, 100% post-class online learning, or a blend of the two.
- Post-class online learning will be supported by student chat groups and/or BG181-Faculty-at-Work workshop by Amy Choi and/or Conrad Ho, International Faculty members, Breakthroughs International .
Attendance Requirement:
- 80% of live-class attendance or post-class viewing attendance or their sum thereof. Extra conditions may apply. Please see “Attendance Certificates” section below for details.
Attendance Certificates:
- Participants who satisfy the 80% attendance requirement of Gail’s BG104 live interactive online classes will receive a certificate of attendance signed by Gail.
- Participants who satisfy the 80% attendance requirement of Gail’s BG470 live interactive online classes will receive a certificate for attendance signed by Gail.
- Participants who satisfy the 80% attendance requirement of Amy and/or Conrad’s BG181 live interactive online class will a certificate of attendance signed by Amy and/or Conrad.
- Participants who satisfy the 80% attendance requirement of Gail’s BG104 and BG470 post-class online learning programme must also attend Amy and/Conrad’s BG181 live class before they may receive certificates of attendance signed by Gail.
- Participants who satisfy the 80% attendance requirement of Amy and/or Conrad’s BG181 post-class online learning programme must complete a written assignment of Q&A to the satisfaction of the course instructor(s) before they a certificate of attendance signed by Amy and/or Conrad.
- Those participants who join individual sessions of Gail’s BG104 and BG470 post-class online learning programme will receive no certificate.

Refund Policy
For Live Interactive Online Programme:
For participants requesting a refund for their own personal reasons:
- A 70% of the course fees will be refunded if application is made on or before the 30-days early-bird discount deadline before the first class starts.
- A 40% of the course fees will be refunded if application is made between the 30-days early-bird discount and one week before the first class starts.
- No refund will be made one week before the first class starts or thereafter.
Please Note:
- The balance of the refund cannot be transferred to another course or workshop.
- In the event of cancellation due to weather, accident or other force majeure, the sponsor will refund the fees in proportion to the cancelled part.
- Exchange rate deviations, bank or remittance agency administration fees etc. that may be involved in refunds will be paid by the participant and will be deducted from the fees to be refunded.
