I am not afraid any more
I do not resist
I learn to
see them
observe them in a relaxed way
talk to them and shake hands with them.

The millions of beautiful phenomena that appear in my mind
I do not hold onto them
I do not hold tight
I learn to
smile at them
enjoy them freely
talk to them and say good bye.
