Come to Listen and Watch Amy Choi’s Demonstration of Ming’s Mirror Method

Amy Choi

Ming’s Mirror Method is a highly artistic balancing method that requires opening up all senses to listen and moving with the flow to guide moment by moment. Using oneself as a mirror, the instructor resonates together with the client in the field. It can help reflect in depth the client’s story, clear psychological and physical barriers, reshape outdated patterns, and facilitate the client to sense and find a new balancing point. The Method has been practised for more than 5 years in the Authentic Woman, Authentic Female and Living Out Your Authentic Self workshops of the Qinesiology’s Authentic Self Series conducted in mainland China and Japan. Amy Choi, who discovers and develops the Method, presented it firstly at the World Kinesiology Conference held in Kyoto, Japan in 2011, and then at the International Kinesiology Conference held in Banff, Canada in October 2015. Her first course openly teaching the Method in Damme, Germany at the Institut für Kinesiologische Lernförderung (IKL) on January 21, 2016 received critical acclaim.
