“Move to Learn.”
– Paul E. Dennison, Ph.D.

Introduction of the Year-long LIVE, Interactive Online Programme
Join Gail Dennison, the co-creator of Brain Gym®, in a year-long, live online learning programme for the Brain Gym® 26 movements (BG26) through two consecutive and highly-related courses, i.e. the introductory BG104-Brain Gym 26® Movement and the more advanced BG470 Master at Work, to get balances using simple movement metaphors and Brain Gym® variations with the Master of the Craft of Edu-K.
In the BG104 workshop of 26 biweekly sessions of 1 hour each, Gail will lead you through all the Brain Gym® 26 movements in a detailed, playful and articulated way, bringing you insights into these unique activities that she and her working/life partner Paul E. Dennison, Ph.D., had created. Besides learning firsthand from Gail about the purpose of each Brain Gym® movement, you will also hear a story or two about how she and Paul have used each activity. You will dive into the basis and specifics of how to do each movement and their variations in such a way that the learner will be best supported in their learning process. To further enliven your learning experience, join Gail in pre- and post-activities, a Brain Gym® Learning Flow with music (Movement Dynamics style), and coaching.
In the BG470 workshop of 26 biweekly sessions of 1 hour each, Gail will do a mini balance with you using the specific movement of the day and a movement metaphor to underscore the deep connection between our bodily actions and our emotional and cognitive processes.

Introduction to the Post-class Online Learning Programme
