A Secret to Resurrect Your Vitality

A Secret to Resurrect Your Vitality

Garry Wong

“You are drinking some water with your medication, and from what I have told you, you can see that the water is more important than the medication.” This is the result of many years of research by Dr. F. Batmanghelidj, a Iranese American.

Ms. N‘omi Orr of Chesapeake, Virginia, the U.S.A., has serious health problems and was bedridden during her whole life. In 1993, she received a newsletter on which there was an interview with Dr. Batmanghelidj. She followed a “secret” formula as described there consistently for six months. Magically, she saved her life from the exercise.

She had appendicitis since 15. When she was 19, she had a ruptured gallbladder. At 20, her kidney stopped working and nobody could figure out why; there was no organic damage or disease. She also had chronic bronchial problems, headaches, angina, muscle cramping, lower back pain and chronic edema, etc. In fact, a doctor told her about 1.5 years ago that she was dying. There was nothing she could do about it.

Running out of choices, she has nothing to lose following the Iranese doctor’s advice. The treatment program was very simple. Several weeks later, problems caused by constriction eased off; chronic edema was disappearing bit by bit; kidney pain was almost gone; and she had energy again. A few more months and she was up and around. She could drive, work, design brochures, and finish with her master’s thesis.

What exactly was the treatment that produced such amazing results? When you know the formula, you must be surprised. The Iranese doctor invented a water drinking program that had cured many people. These diseases include peptic ulcer, heartburn, fibrositis, edema, asthma, hypertension, etc.

According to Dr. Batmanghelidj, many health problems were closely related to water deficiency. If you drink enough water, many problems will simply disappear. N‘omi Orr is a classical case of chronic dehydration. She was notorious for never drinking water, NEVER. Her main source of water up to that time had been soft drinks. When she started trying to eat more healthily, she tried spring water, but it always made her feel nauseous — including filtered, spring and other “friendly” waters. She started with half a glass, every half hour or so. Eventually, she could drink a huge tumbler of water with no problem.

Getting adjusted to the water program took her a few weeks. As she kept up with the program and started improving, she could feel her body beginning to experience thirst. It was so funny to actually feel the sensation that she shout out “I‘m thirsty.” Wonderful changes continued to happen. For example, she experienced a gradual weight loss of about a half a pound a week. She regained her full vitality ultimately.

Who is Dr. Batmanghelidj? He was born in 1931 in Tehran, Iran. He entered St. Mary’s Hospital Medical School of London University in 1951. Upon completion of his studies, he was given the privilege of being a house doctor in his own medical school. He became completely engrossed in clinical research showing the medicinal values of water in stress reduction, and treatment of stress-related diseases in the prison. Many illnesses had been cured by drinking enough water. N‘omi Orr was only one of the many cases. Dr. Batmanghelidj has published three books: “Your Body’s Many Cries for Water”, “ABC of Asthma, Allergies and Lupus: Eradicate Asthma – Now!” and “How to Deal Simply With Back Pain and Rheumatoid Joint Pain”.

Do you know whether you are chronically dehydrated or not? Please remember to drink more water, clean and healthy water.
